The prices of any products stated on this web site are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Sale prices will be compared with the price at which goods were previously sold by Early Learning Centre over a 28-day period. Any other prices charged in between the previous and latest sale price will not necessarily be shown.

Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £25, £50 and £100. Gift vouchers are posted by Royal Mail, and delivery is £1.95 if you only include gift vouchers in your order.

If you include other toys in your order in addition to gift vouchers, your order will incur the usual delivery charge.

Any promotional discounts we offer from time to time are not eligible on gift vouchers.

We regret that you cannot currently redeem gift vouchers online.

• Children aged 0-6 are eligible to join the Big Birthday Club.
• It may take up to 8 weeks for your membership to be activated.
• The birthday pack consists of a CD or fab felt pack.
• Any promotional offer we send you as part of the Big Birthday Club is valid for 1 transaction only.
• The promotion code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

10% discount terms and conditions

• To redeem your 10% discount online, simply log in as normal when you visit www.elcnurseries.co.uk and your discount will automatically be applied to your basket.
• There is no promotion code to enter. The online discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and will not be applied when purchasing gift cards.
• To redeem by phone, call 0871 231 3511 and quote your nursery registration number. The telephone discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and will not be applied when purchasing gift cards.
• To redeem in store, print out the voucher available in your 'Nursery Details' page, and take this into store.

The following terms apply for the in store voucher only:

• The voucher must only be used by an official representative of the registered nursery and all sales will be recorded against that nursery.
• The voucher is valid only if presented at time of purchase. Defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
• The voucher is valid in ELC stores, for one transaction only, and only until the expiry date shown.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, used to purchase gift vouchers or exchanged for cash.

Free delivery terms and conditions

• Standard Delivery is available free of charge for all registered nurseries.
• To qualify, you must be logged in at the time of placing your order.
• Gift Wrap, Express Delivery and Saturday Delivery are not currently available for nurseries.

Save quotes terms and conditions

• Quotes will be save for a period of 90 days.
• This quotation is not a contract and the products will not be reserved.
• Product availability and prices are subject to change from the date of reservation.

Condition of Purchase for Business (Nursery) Customers only, in respect of electrical or electronic products that fall within the scope of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations:

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that it will:
1.1be responsible for, and finance the cost of, the collections, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of Relevant WEEE;
make its own arrangements for dealing with Relevant WEEE in a way that is consistent with the WEEE Regulations.

Mothercare and ELC are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt*, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or miss described.

*Exclusions - toiletries, software, DVDs, food (including formula milk), Tens machines, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and opened mattresses. Pushchairs see terms and conditions issued at time of sale.
If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion all items must be returned.

You may cancel your order if it has not been despatched or within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contactus@elc.co.uk or call our Customer Services team at 0871 231 3511 or write to us at Customer Services, Cherry Tree Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 6SH. We will refund the cost of your order including delivery charge if the order has not been despatched or you have informed us of the cancellation within 8 working days of the receipt of goods. You must pay for the return postage.
